About the Course
The CA Foundation is the entry-level exam conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for students aspiring to become Chartered Accountants. It builds a strong base in accounting, law, mathematics, and economics — the four pillars of the CA profession.
Under the New Scheme, the exam consists of four papers (100 marks each, 3 hours each) conducted offline. Papers 1–2 are subjective, while Papers 3–4 are objective with negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer. Candidates must secure 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate to pass.
